Three Black & White Practice Sessions

I’ve managed to squeeze in three short practice sessions since we attended Mark Unrau’s winter landscape / black & white photography workshop last weekend:

Mount Rundle across Vermillion Lakes

Between teachers’s convention and Family Day, we’re at the start of a five day weekend, so I hope the rest of the family finds time to join me in a couple more practice sessions before Tuesday. What are your (photography) plans for the weekend?

    1. Thank you! I haven’t yet read your recent posts about Elk Island NP, but will make time to read them tomorrow. It’s on my list of National Parks to visit – hopefully in the next year or two.

  1. Got lucky with the way the wind was blowing a mix of clouds / snow at the top of Mount Rundle, plus I had enough detail in the log to up the exposure in the bottom half of the photo using the graduated filter tool in Lightroom 4. Thanks for the encouragement!
