1) A visit to the Field of Crosses
Learn more about the Field of Crosses here, where you can view an online photo album that illustrates how the crosses are prepared and installed each year and learn about the sunrise/sunset ceremonies that take place beginning November 1st each year.
2) Two visits to Poppy Plaza
3) Two minutes of silence
Regardless of whether I attend a public Remembrance Day ceremony, listen along on the radio or am alone on November 11th, at 11:00 a.m. I join millions of fellow Canadians and observe two minutes of silence, to honour and remember the men and women who have served, and continue to serve Canada during times of war, conflict and peace.
How do you remember?
