The November 2023 edition of the PBC challenged all participants to enjoy life! Often, that's easier said than done. But, as I learned from The Science of Well-Being online course by Dr. Laurie Santos, happiness and enjoyment are determined by circumstances, your genetic "set point" and thoughts/actions. So this month I share 5 thoughts/actions that helped me enjoy life to the fullest!
Labrador and Torngat Mountains Expedition Cruise
Our 2019 adventure exploring Newfoundland and Labrador aboard the RCGS Resolute was a win-win-win. For one thing, we visited a new-to-us part of Canada, including many stops well off the beaten path. We made new friends. And our experience confirmed that expedition cruising is a pretty good fit with our travel preferences.
